Before you Purchase an Overnight Rental Property...
 
When you purchase an overnite rental property, you are actually purchasing a small business.  The following items are crucial to your enjoyment and success of your cabin or chalet...
 
Q: What single feature is the most important predictor of the success of an overnight rental property?
A: It's not location (that's #2), and its not which rental manager you use (but that's important too!)
 
Q: How do you pick a rental management company?
A: Contrary to what you might think, the listing company or the agency currently managing the property is not always the best choice for you!
 
Q: How do you make sure that your rental company is treating you fairly when you may live 800 miles away?
A: It's easier than you might think, and the answer is pure simplicity.
 
Q: How can you confidently determine if the rental history the seller claims is accurate?
A: Be careful, not everything claimed is reality, but it isn't very hard to verify!
