We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, right to cancel any listing agreement should you become dissatisfied with our efforts to market your property, or simply decide you no longer wish to sell. A carryover period does however apply, so that buyers introduced to the property by our marketing efforts will still obligate the seller to a commission should they purchase the property within 180 days after the listing agreement is cancelled.
